Results for the Last Choice
Votes were cast and it was nearly a tie but using Detection pipped it ahead of Agility.
So, without further ado, here’s the next part of the adventure!
Derilion’s Attributes
Choice Eight
“Derilion’s Detection is 8. I rolled 6 on 2d6 (a 3 and a 3), so Derilion passed the Detection test.”
Derilion paused for the shortest of times, concentrating on the passage in front of her, trying to pick up on any hazards.
She could feel something to the left of her, sticking out from the wall. She jinked right and barely avoided the antlers of a large animal whose head was mounted there.
Thanking the gods, Derilion found a small stone pillar to nestle behind. The corner, and temporary safety, was just a couple of steps away, but the Lightbringer was certain the assassin would be ready with a spell as soon as she moved.
By her right hand, mounted on the wall, was a wooden javelin - perhaps it was the one used to kill the creature.
Derilion thought she could either throw the javelin (Accuracy) in an attempt to distract the assassin, or maybe jump the gap between her and the corner with no warning (Power).
Note: This is the last part of this section of the adventure with these dual Attribute tests - I wanted to ensure as many Attributes had a chance to be tested as possible!
Remember, you only have 3 days before the poll closes!
Can’t wait to see what you choose! As always, if you know someone who’d like to join in, forward this email to them - the more the merrier.
Speak soon and stay safe!
